After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Browns committed. Fernando Mendoza is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline.

O'Neill has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. Getting Miller where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.
