The Cowboys finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a D+.

Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Cowboys, and the value they bled adds up to real damage. A D+ that will need time and luck to look better.

Reaching for Roberts left real value on the table behind him. Whatever Dante Moore becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer.

The Cowboys indulged a want in Wheatley while a need in tight end stayed open. The tight end hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

That is an edge rusher worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, tight end very much included.
