No fireworks, just a tidy B for the Giants. There is a lot to like until you notice interior defensive lineman is still a hole. The Giants never got to the one that mattered most.
Freeling has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
