The Bears let Helm fall and pounced. Final grade: B+.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Gunnar Helm tumbling to the Bears in pick 147 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. Good, not great, and the B+ says as much.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. The linebacker spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They will need Majors to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
