The steal of the weekend belongs to the Eagles and Wilson: B. The rest of the league will want that one back. Jared Wilson tumbling to the Eagles in pick 134 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.
They will regret leaving cornerback for another day if the season turns on it. Interior defensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the cornerback spot they never got to.
