Manning is the Titans' new face under center. Grade: B.

They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Arch Manning is the Titans' quarterback, full stop. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

If Smith pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. Stone at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The tight end spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
