Draft Grade — Titans
Overall B
ValueB NeedB+ TradesB- FutureB-
The Titans kept it disciplined and banked a B.

Every other box got a look, but interior defensive lineman did not. The Titans will head to camp with the same hole they walked in with. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

However the rest shakes out, Johnson at that price is a win they earned. Offensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.

Pick Analysis
Pick4 Rnd1 Peter Woods
In slot 4 they get a bendy edge with upside. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick35 Rnd2 Colton Hood
Colton Hood at the 35th overall pick nudges the ledger their way without any fuss. It adds depth where they could use a little.
Pick66 Rnd3 Germie Bernard
A quiet steal in No. 66: Germie Bernard for less than the market said. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
Pick101 Rnd4 Harold Perkins Jr.
A market-rate linebacker, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Harold Perkins Jr.. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Pick140 Rnd5 Parker Brailsford
Parker Brailsford in pick 140 lands just on the right side of the ledger. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick142 Rnd5 Tao Johnson
They read the board right and Tao Johnson was the payoff at the 142nd pick. Useful body for a position without much behind the starter.
Pick184 Rnd6 Terion Stewart
Terion Stewart at the Round 6 slot is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Pick238 Rnd7 Shamar Easter
Shamar Easter in pick No. 238 is exactly on the number, no argument either way. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
