The Giants cashed the board's mistake on Haynes: C+.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Justice Haynes tumbling to the Giants in the Round 3 slot is a gift they did not have to think twice about.

The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September. Safety was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

If Jyaire Hill and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
