The Buccaneers bet big and early on Caden Curry, 24 picks ahead of the board. Bold does not always mean right. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

The Golday steal is the beam this whole class leans on. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want. The trade work was a quiet net positive.

Interior defensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
