More right than wrong for the Cowboys, and a B- to prove it.

The Cowboys torched the value chart for John Williams, taking him 68 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

The Bassa pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. They will regret leaving cornerback for another day if the season turns on it. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
