Priorities are a choice, and the Cowboys made a strange one, taking Joshua Josephs at edge rusher in the 20th overall pick with quarterback, tight end and other spots crying out for the pick instead. Some smart calls, some head-scratchers, and a C+ in the wash.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. The Howell pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

In the end, one you will need a couple of seasons to truly judge.
