Nobody else had Vernon Broughton anywhere near Round 5, Pick 21. The Packers did, by 26 spots, and that gap is the whole story. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Barron. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
