The Bears let Skattebo fall and pounced. Final grade: B-.

Call it larceny. Cam Skattebo sat on the board until No. 193, and the Bears did not need to be asked twice.

They will need Williams to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. Running back was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
