The Texans let Coleman fall into their laps, and walked away with a C+.

The Texans spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Keon Coleman, the No. 36 name on the board, in pick 86. A mixed bag that lands at C+.

The offensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The James pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at offensive lineman, quarterback and other spots. Reaching for Ceaser left real value on the table behind him.

If Jer'Zhan Newton and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
