If confidence were a draft strategy, the Lions would have aced it. Darius Robinson at Round 4, Pick 29 is 51 spots clear of where he belonged. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

They will regret leaving cornerback for another day if the season turns on it. The Arnold pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with cornerback, safety and other spots still on the board. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Good work on the whole, with cornerback the one box left unchecked.
