The Dolphins clearly saw something nobody else did in Jackson Hawes, taking him 100 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. The board pushed back all weekend, and the D is the result.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. They will answer for taking specialist early while edge rusher and running back went begging.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is TeSlaa.
