Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Tanner McLachlan at Round 7, Pick 25 is 45 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline. It nets out to a B, which feels about right.

For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain. Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same.

That is a safety worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
