The Texans robbed the room for Corum. Final grade: B.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Texans were there to profit. Blake Corum, the No. 73 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick 124. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

If Taylor III pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The phones were where this weekend was really won. Leaving offensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
