You could see the war room lean forward. Jalon Walker at pick 51 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

For all the activity, cornerback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Interior defensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
