The Commanders let Nwankpa fall and pounced. Final grade: B.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Commanders were there to profit. Xavier Nwankpa, the No. 39 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 68th pick.

The tight end hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They are betting Campbell proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
