The steal of the weekend belongs to the Commanders and Nwankpa: B.

When a board-topper like Xavier Nwankpa slides to the 68th pick, you do not overthink it, and the Commanders did not. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up. They are betting Campbell proves the room right and everyone else wrong. The trades cost them a sliver of value they did not need to spend.

Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 3 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Good work on the whole, with tight end the one box left unchecked.
