The steal of the weekend belongs to the Panthers and James: C+.

The Panthers spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Jordan James, the No. 56 name on the board, in pick No. 139.

If Slackman pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

If Malaki Starks and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
