The Steelers did not so much draft Khristian Boyd as overpay for him, 60 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. For now it grades a C+, with the swing picks left to settle the rest.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. The Frazier pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with quarterback, safety and other spots still on the board.

So much rides on Troy Fautanu that the real verdict is a season or two away.
