Johnson at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. They will answer for taking offensive lineman early while quarterback, safety and other spots went begging. They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Interior defensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
