The Browns kept it disciplined and banked a B. You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Browns did exactly that with Tyler Shough in the 104th overall pick. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
That is a safety worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. They gave back a little on the phones for the right to move.
Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.
Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
