Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Browns were there to profit. DJ Giddens, the No. 170 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick 200.

They will need Gabriel to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain. They left with quarterback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Good work on the whole, with wide receiver the one box left unchecked.
