There is reaching, and then there is Roman Hemby at the Round 7 slot. The Texans jumped the board by 27 and dared it to prove them wrong. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Banks falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.

Running back was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but wide receiver.
