The Patriots spent the pick that matters most on Caleb Williams, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. However the rest shakes out, McCaffrey at that price is a win they earned.
