The Jets banked a tidy surplus when Emmett Johnson lasted to the Round 4 slot, a few spots past his grade. No fireworks, but a solid B.

The Nussmeier pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The roster is better shaped than it was, with quarterback chief among the fixes.

The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.
