The Bengals' one glaring miss is tight end, a need they left exactly as they found it. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

Jackson Jr. has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. On value alone, Downs makes the weekend a net positive.

Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. The back end got a real overhaul.
