Whoever sat across the table from the Patriots should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. Add it all up and it grades out a clean A-.

They are betting Slovis proves the room right and everyone else wrong. The Stover pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at safety and tight end. The safety spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Bottom line, with Malik Nabers leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
