Larceny in the 133rd overall pick lands the Chiefs a B+, Colson and all.

The real work happened on the phones. The Chiefs fleeced their trade partners, turning their picks into a noticeably bigger pile than they started with. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.

Spending an early pick on DT-EDGE with quarterback open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Every board in the league had Corley lower, and that gap is the story. That is a linebacker worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
