The Jaguars did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B-.

Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Hayden Hatten at pick No. 237 is 64 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

On value alone, Foster makes the weekend a net positive. Leaving linebacker unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
