The value of the weekend has a name and a slot: Cam Hart, the 182nd overall pick, roughly 50 picks past where he belonged. Just about everything broke right, and the A- follows.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. With interior defensive lineman, safety and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on DT-EDGE is the choice that costs them.

In the end it comes back to Kool-Aid McKinstry, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
