The steal of the weekend belongs to the Texans and Ransom: B.

Somebody in the 167th overall pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Texans sat still while Lathan Ransom, the No. 107 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

They will need Griffith to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They will regret leaving running back for another day if the season turns on it. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
