You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Texans did exactly that with Jalyx Hunt in the 127th pick. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped running back, which is a strange place to end up. Getting Mitchell where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
