The Texans let Neal fall and pounced. Final grade: B. Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Texans were there to profit. Devin Neal, the No. 84 name on the board, should have been long gone before No. 236.
They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up. Running back was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
