They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Jordan Jefferson, 56 picks early at Round 4, Pick 27. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

That is a wide receiver worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped running back, which is a strange place to end up.

The Sainristil pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with running back, edge rusher and other spots still on the board. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
