The Saints won the night they stopped Pritchett from sliding. Grade: B+.

The trade table was a mismatch, and the Saints were on the right end of it, hauling in a fortune in surplus value. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

They banked enough surplus on Pritchett to cover a lot of smaller sins. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
