The Saints did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Jaylan Ford fell into pick No. 239. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

Every board in the league had Johnson lower, and that gap is the story. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
