Nobody had Brett Norfleet this high, and it is not close. The Colts reached 37 spots to get him at pick No. 214. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. That Barham pick is the receipt they will wave around later. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.
