Draft Grade — Ravens
Overall B
ValueC+ NeedB TradesA+ FutureB-
The Ravens won the weekend at the trade table. Grade: B.

Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Ravens came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close. No fireworks, but a solid B.

A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want. However the rest shakes out, Igbinosun at that price is a win they earned.

The Jagusah reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. A.J. Brown gives the group a proven body among the projects.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but wide receiver.

Pick Analysis
Pick14 Rnd1 Sonny Styles
In slot 14 they get the heartbeat of the defense, even if it was a touch early.
Pick45 Rnd2 Caleb Banks
Caleb Banks at No. 45 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Pick115 Rnd4 Jaeden Roberts
Jaeden Roberts at the Round 4 slot is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Pick160 Rnd5 Davison Igbinosun
Value with a capital V on Davison Igbinosun in pick 160, a genuine coup. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Pick172 Rnd5 Oscar Delp
Oscar Delp in Round 5, Pick 34 is fair value, right on his grade. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Pick173 Rnd5 Charles Jagusah
A reach for Charles Jagusah in the 173rd overall pick; a little patience would have been rewarded. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick249 Rnd7 Jordan Hall
A premium they did not need to pay, Jordan Hall a notch or two before his time. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick252 Rnd7 Ja'Keem Jackson
Ja'Keem Jackson at the 252nd pick is a conviction pick that outran the value. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
