The Vikings spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Jake Slaughter, the No. 57 name on the board, in the 82nd pick.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
