Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Reggie Virgil got past him. The Chiefs do not have to explain a thing at pick 204. It lands right in the middle: a C, no more, no less.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. Randall has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain.
