Whoever sat across the table from the Bills should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend.

If Barham pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The linebacker spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Golday steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

The James Pearce Jr. deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.

Nice patience on Caleb Banks, who had no business lasting to pick No. 57. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.

Somehow Jake Golday was still sitting there in the 79th pick, and they pounced on premier edge rusher value. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
Pick89 Rnd3 Malachi Fields
Malachi Fields slid further than he should have, and slot 89 is lovely value for the wide receiver. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.

This one needs a full-page explanation: Jaishawn Barham in the Round 3 slot, miles early. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
