The Lions kept it disciplined and banked a B.

They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Gabe Jacas, 42 picks early at the 50th overall pick.

However the rest shakes out, Moss at that price is a win they earned. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain. Job largely done: cornerback settled and 5 of 9 of the wish list covered.

The back end got a real overhaul.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
