If confidence were a draft strategy, the Dolphins would have aced it. Taylen Green at No. 151 is 40 spots clear of where he belonged. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

Landing Slaughter that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The Scott pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at running back and linebacker. A whole weekend of picks and running back is somehow still a want.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
