Larceny in Round 6, Pick 35 lands the Steelers a B, McAlister and all.

You could see the war room lean forward. Eric McAlister at slot 214 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain. They gave back a little on the phones for the right to move. The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
