No fireworks, just a tidy B for the Saints.

You can hear the double-takes from here. The Saints took Barion Brown at the Round 6 slot, roughly 24 spots before his name belonged. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want. The Price steal is the beam this whole class leans on.

Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
