The Da'Shawn Womack pick is the one that will follow the Commanders into the fall. They took him 60 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. The process wobbled, and the D is where it lands.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. However the rest shakes out, Cooper Jr. at that price is a win they earned.

The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
